I have been taking something along these lines for many many years. When I run out, sometimes I titer off them and take a break. Sometimes I change up the brands or dosage. I add specific ones for a current problem, or leave some out.

Make a note, many health procedures (dental, facial, surgery, etc) will have you QUIT ALL SUPPLEMENTS 2 weeks before hand.
