  • Wrap entire hand & fingers into contours of neck, skull, eyes, ears, and cheeks.
  • Move gently, slowly, thoroughly, repeat steps as needed.
  • Hum strongly through your nose.
  • Scrub scalp & hair.
  • Visualize Indigo Blue to balance thyroid, Violet for pineal.
  • Affirm your ability to have clarity in communication & connect to your intuition.
  1. Melting Hand
    • pump 5x at collarbone drain down sides of neck, lymph nodes.
  2. Sitr Sludge at Earlobe
    • move ear 360º, press under skull, drain toward shoulder.
  3. Chin, Mouth, Jawline
    • circle at TMJ squeeze/stretch/pulse skin toward ears.
  4. Melt Butter w/ Fingertips
    • slide along cheekbones, press outward from nose.
  5. Eyes/Forehead
    • soothe bone sockets, squeeze/stretch/ pulsing circles outward.
  6. Friendly Jellyfish:
    • cover face, released palm, spread fingertips, pulse waltz rhythm.

  • Use soft fingertips, flat palms, melting into the contours of torso.
  • Fluid moves along ribs like rivulets emptying into one River.
  • Move gently, slowly, thoroughly, repeat steps as needed.
  • Sing a loving note: ♫ Aaah ♫.
  • Visualize Deep Green to activate thymus, Solar Yellow for Immune function.
  • Affirm your ability to discriminate, assimilate & eliminate.
  1. Squish Soapy Sponge Under Arms 5x
    • press thumb to fingers at front + in back.
  2. Swiffer Fingers
    • melt silt in rivulets, press between ribs, slide to center.
  3. Vibrate Below Sternum
    • open “gate” release diaphragm, slide down L-spleen.
  4. Squeeze Haltertop (bra)line
    • exhale drain/clear lowest ribs sides to center.
  5. Hug Myself
    • squeegee back to front clearing every rib, repeat each line 3x
  6. Stretch Napkin
    • both diagonals: slide up/down midline (low R-rib –> up L-pect).

  • Allow soft, “grumpy” hands to fall firmly into contours of the tummy.
  • Move gently, slowly, thoroughly, repeat steps as needed.
  • Become the Ocean within you.

  • Visualize Red/Orange for weight reduction, Yellow for detox.
  • Affirm your ability to manifest and express creatively.

    • begin w/ L-hip; L-rib; R-rib; R-hip
  2. Gentle Vibration
    • liquefy landfill option – use small massaging unit
  3. Circle Clockwise
    • sweep intestines up right, across middle, down left
  4. Undulation Wave
    • fake bellydance peristaltic action, send gas to exit
  5. Trace Rim of Ribs/Pelvis:
