Come alone, or bring a partner, limited to 8 people/class. This will be a perfect opportunity to learn about simple, effective therapeutic touch. First we learn self-massage. Then, if you brought a partner, you can trade. You will learn techniques you can use EVERY DAY and improve your health. Come to 1 or all classes!
Get your head cleared, your brain defogged, and your face smoothed. This topic is so important! It’s the first and most essential selfcare habit you can have, to flush out toxins, increase circulation, and balance your brain activity.
No need to take off your clothing, use oil, or lay on a table, we sit in chairs and I supervise you closely, teaching easy methods, and giving practical feedback for each person’s individual needs. HEAD, scalp, face, ears, and neck will be included. BRAIN gets cleansed because lymph massage mobilizes debris out of sinuses and cerebral spinal fluid.
