FOOT MASSAGE

Get a Footsie Roller for Reflexology and a great Foot Massage. I massage my feet every day, many ways. I put acupressure insoles inside my bedroom slippers, such an easy way to get relief after hours of dancing. You can roll your arches on a tennis ball, or rub them with Arnica to soothe them.

6 STRETCHES FOR SPINE

Stretch your spine in all 6 directions for complete range of motion (ROM). Every day, move your body by folding forward, arching back, stretch to right side and then left side, and twist to the right, and then to the left.

I show beginner stretches, go ahead to more advanced stretches, as long as you take your time, and do not cause any pain. This helps your alignment, balance, nerve function, and longevity.

 

ELEVATE LEGS

Elevate your Legs as often as possible, get your feet off the ground. This  helps the lymphatic fluid move out of your lower body and reduces swelling.

Gravity is always working against your lymph flow when your legs are down. Use a footstool at your desk, or a Sports Ball as you sit on couch, and then you can bounce your legs, do ankle circles! Lymphatic drainage pathway is from tips to torso, for arms AND legs. Fluid can move easier by putting your body where gravity helps, instead of (when legs are down) dragging fluid down towards the floor. When you’re on an airplane, often your ankles/feet swell, so that’s why.

MASSAGE SPINE with 2 Tennis Balls

Spine massage for back pain, and better alignment! Use 2 tennis balls tied together in a sock, but not too tightly, because your spine needs to sit between the balls. The massage is for those long erector muscles next to the spinal bony processes. Start at low back, roll slowly up the 2 sides of spine from sacrum to thoracic ribs, and lift your hips the further up you go. BREATHE!

When the balls are at your shoulder blades, cross your arms over your chest and keep lifting hips. Roll side to side on neck, stretch/push like a cat. Then go back down to sacrum. VOILA!

VISUALIZE BLUE

Visualize DEEP SAPPHIRE BLUE and let its beauty saturate your inner vision! This calms the Vagus nerve. Place blue glass around your home, it creates a soothing atmosphere.

If you want to send healing energy to someone in crisis, my Brazilian Medium teacher Fatima Abate always says to use BLUE because it does no harm, white light is too energetic when people are feeling weak. Your central nervous system will balance and harmonize using BLUE. Good for the brain, too!
